About Elena Anderson-de Lay
Elena specializes in global workforce development and employment-based immigration. For over 15 years, her work has addressed the areas of immigration compliance, domestic and international relocations, nonresident alien taxes, and policy development. She has experience designing and maintaining both the global mobility and visa services programs. Additionally, Elena has successfully served as a Responsible Officer of the U.S. Department of State’s Exchange Visitor program.
Leadership and Service
Elena is passionately involved in organizations addressing global business operations. She is currently a national member-leader in NAFSA: Association of International Educators. Elena has also served as a member of the Society of Human Resource Management’s Global Special Expertise Panel. She is also active with the Council for Global Immigration, the Forum for Expatriate Management, and the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council.
